July 2025 Player of the Month
The East Durham Poker scene has a new champion to celebrate, with local player Dave Fisher being named the Poker Player of the Month for July 2025. Fisher`s impressive run came after a stellar month of play that saw him dominate the tables.
Over the course of five games, Fisher showcased remarkable consistency and skill. He managed to finish in the top three an outstanding four times and secured outright wins in three of those games. His strategic plays and cool demeanor at the table were key to his success, earning him the top spot among the area`s best players.
"It`s a great honor to be recognized," Fisher said. "The competition here is always tough, and it feels good to come out on top. I`m looking forward to the next round of games."
