Do I have to be a member to play poker at East Durham Poker?

Membership is not a requirement but is encouraged. All non-members are required to sign in to Peterlee Central Club before playing any game upon each visit.

How do I become a member? And are there any costs?

Becoming a member of East Durham Poker also requires you to become a member of Peterlee Central Club.

To become a member please inquire about membership when registering to any tournament.

New memberships are £7 for the year and £2 for each year after.

Do I need ID?

Underage gambling is an offence, accordingly by been in attendance of the card room, you warrant to us that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and above the legal age for gambling.

If you're lucky enough to look 21 or under you'll need to show a driving licence photo card or passport as ID.

Do you have wheelchair access?

East Durham Poker Card Room can be accessed by wheelchair.

Although space maybe limited we will try our best to accommodate any special requirements for players.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code as such however we want you to feel comfortable and ready to enjoy game at East Durham Poker so we recommend a smart casual dress code.

Do you have car parking facilities?

Limited parking can be found at the front of the club. If no parking is available further parking can be accessed at the rear on Brandlings Way (SR8 5HE).
